Danni Zhao, first year PhD student in the Clinical and Population Health Research Program mentored by Dr. Kate Lapane, won a highly competitive Travel Award to attend the 35th International Conference of Pharmacoepidemiology and Therapeutic Risk Management in Philadelphia, PA in August to present her work entitled “Opioid Intensification versus Adjuvant Gabapentin Initiation and Risk of Hospitalization for Falls and Fractures in United States Nursing Home Residents”.
