 Working with clinicians and faculty on the UMass Memorial IS Steering Committee, we’ve come up with a best practice approach for these final 3,000 account migrations. A pilot using this approach is underway. Individual departments and users will be contacted before migration to offer options on auto-forwarding and to provide training materials.

 The pilot will be complete at the end of February. We will be reviewing results and then communicating the timeline and plans for the final 3,000 account migrations.
