ServiceNow will undergo a major upgrade to the Australia release on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. During the maintenance window, the ServiceNow Production instance may be temporarily unavailable. Users may also experience intermittent performance degradation or brief service interruptions while the upgrade is in progress.
