Logging into Outlook on a Windows Machine
If you are using a Windows Machine and are having trouble logging into your Outlook account, please follow the steps below!
Step 1: Open Outlook
Open your Outlook application on your desktop. If you are prompted to input your email and password, please do so and proceed to step 4. If you are not prompted, proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Clear Credentials
If you were not presented with a dialog box for your username and password, you will need to clear your credentials on your account. Please see the below instructions to do so.
Step 3: Re-Open Outlook
Once you have cleared your credentials, re-open the Outlook application; a credentials box should appear. Replace ID with your email address, password, and click "remember credentials".
Step 4: Signing In
Once the above steps have been completed, you should be able to log into your Outlook account. If you are still having difficulties, restart the Outlook application again.
