Here is a training resource designed to help you successfully recruit and hire at UMass Chan Medical School.

This online course introduces the user to the recruiting process at UMass Chan. It provides an overview of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements and a guide to the UMass Chan recruitment process. This course is required for all individuals who will conduct or participate in candidate interviews.
