This is a motorized (except stage) inverted microscope with bright field phase contrast and fluorescence modes.

  • 63X high numerical aperture (1.40) oil objective for bright fluorescence image
  • Stage adapters to accommodate slides and different tissue culture dishes and plates.
  • Remote control operation with a control unit for focus, objective change, and illumination.
  • Flexible condenser system for Bright field, Phase Contrast, Dark Field Contrast and Polarization Contrast.
  • Leica DC300FX Color CCD camera with resolution of 1040x1392 pixels
