Research
Our laboratory is interested in cell signaling mechanisms that drive tumor progression, with a focus on mechanisms that regulate the balance between proliferation and differentiation. We use genetically-engineered animal models and cultured cells to identify unique features of cancer cells that can potentially be used for diagnostic, prognostic or therapeutic benefit.
