Method of Physician Participation Utilized in Learning Process
During the period of April 2023 - June 30, 2024 participants must:
1)read the learning objectives and faculty disclosures;
2)view all segments (Module A sections 1-3 and Module B sections 1-4), totaling 2 hours, to successfully complete the activity and earn CME credit;
3) register and complete the evaluation form and post-test;
4) score 100% on the post-test; and
5) upon completion, CME certificate will be emailed to you
