• 2 pre-recorded, online, "lessons" 
• Lessons average 1 hour in length each
• Can be completed anytime and at your own pace over the duration of 90 days 
• The program expiration date is June 30, 2024

Learning Guide 

• During the period April 2023 - June 30, 2024 participants must:

1. 1. 1. read the learning objectives and faculty disclosures
      2. study the education activity, and you are expected to view all 2 modules, totaling 2 hours, to complete the activity and earn CME credit
      3. complete the evaluation form and post-test
      4. score 100% on the post-test
      5. CME certificate will be emailed to you
