Siva Karthik Varanasi Receives 2026 Pfizer-Showell Travel Award 

Siva Karthik Varanasi, PhD, assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Innate Immunity, was recently awarded the 2026 Pfizer-Showell Travel Award by the American Association of Immunologists (AAI). This award recognizes the professional promise of an early-career investigator by assisting the recipient with travel to the AAI annual meeting to present their research. Dr. Varanasi will be recognized and presented with an award certificate during the AAI Business Meeting and Awards Presentation at IMMUNOLOGY2026™.
