Kimi Kobayashi Recognized as One of “252 Hospital and Health System Chief Medical Officers to Know 2026”
Kimi Kobayashi, MD, MBA, Medical Center and Medical Group Chief Medical Officer and associate professor of medicine in the Division of Hospital Medicine, has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of its “252 Hospital and Health System Chief Medical Officers to Know | 2026.”
Dr. Kobayashi oversees hospital medicine, the electronic intensive care unit (eICU) program, employee health services, and palliative care. He is also credited as being a national voice in capacity management through his advisory work with an American Hospital Association-sponsored consortium and as chair of Vizient’s chief medical executive advisory committee.
