Jennifer Reidy and Rebecca Kowaloff Featured in Worcester Medicine Publication
Jennifer Reidy, MD, MS, FAAHPM, the Joy McCann Professor for Women in Medicine and chief of the Division of Palliative Care, and Rebecca Kowaloff, DO, assistant professor of medicine in the Division of Palliative Care, were featured in the spring issue of Worcester Medicine, sharing their personal perspectives as patients within the field of medicine.
In the article, Dr. Reidy reflects on her mother and father and their experiences living with dementia. She specifically discusses her mother’s perseverance as she currently resides in an assisted living facility in Ohio. Dr. Kowaloff reflects on her experience as a patient during pregnancy, when she experienced vasospastic angina.
