A Joint Endeavor

The Division of Health System Science's work is made possible through the collective support of three highly respected organizations that are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of our community.

UMass Chan Medical School is the commonwealth’s first and only public academic health sciences center, home to three graduate schools.  UMass Chan is dedicated to advancing the health and wellness of our diverse communities throughout Massachusetts and across the world by leading and innovating in education, research, health care delivery and public service.  UMass Chan is consistently ranked as a national leader in primary care education and research in the U.S. News & World Report.

Reliant Medical Group, part of OptumCare, is a nationally recognized leader in the provision of high quality primary and specialty health care.  The group, which serves over 315,000 patients annually, has had a long-standing commitment to medical education and research, serving as a site for training of medical students and residents in the ambulatory care setting and as the location of large population-based studies that have the potential to make an important impact on the health care of our region and nation.

Founded in 1977, Fallon Health is a community-focused not-for-profit health care services organization based in Worcester, Massachusetts. Committed to caring for those who need us most, we pride ourselves on providing coordinated, integrated care for older adults and for individuals with complex health needs.
