Train at one of our two urban health centers or at our local, small-town health center.  As the most experienced family medicine residency in Massachusetts, we offer a learner-centered, learner-driven curriculum with faculty mentors who love to teach. Barre Health Center 2007  

Located a short drive from Worcester in scenic Barre, MA, you’ll learn to provide modern evidence-based primary, urgent/emergent, addiction, maternity and inpatient care to our underserved population. If your academic interests include rural health, global health, addiction medicine and procedures, come train with us at Barre!

Family Health Center - Queen Street

We're a federally-qualified health center caring for an underserved population. If your academic interests include global health, addiction medicine, HIV care, women's health and perinatal care, come visit us at Family Health Center of Worcester, also known as "Queen Street." 

Hahnemann Health Center - Lincoln Street As a resident at our academic health center in Worcester, you'll collaborate with faculty whose passion for education is coupled with a commitment to providing full spectrum Family Medicine care, which includes full service women's reproductive health options. Hahnemann really covers the spectrum of family medicine patients and concerns. If your academic interests include college health, women's health and reproductive justice, addiction medicine, primary care hepatitis C treatment and evidence-based practice, come visit Hahnemann!
