Undergraduate Institution: John Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD

Future Plans: I am currently undecided, but open to all subspecialties and academics. At present, I am most interested in thoracic surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and robotics in general. 

Why UMass?: Proximity to my hometown, Boston, family and friends. Its diverse and autonomous training environment and dynamics. Along with the invested senior residents and attending surgeons. 

Favorite thing to do in Worcester:  Looking forward to exploring the parks, trails, breweries, dive bars, and restaurants.
