Timeline

March 1: Faculty should receive their survey link via email from Department of Medicine, <invites@mailer.surveygizmo.com>.
By April 1: Faculty should complete their evaluation.
During the month of April: Chiefs will schedule time to meet with faculty and will complete their section of the evaluations.
By April 30: Faculty should review Chiefs notes, add any final comments and click save and continue on their evaluation to complete.
By May 1: All divisions will be complete and Chair will schedule time with each Chief for final review and approval.
