Answer for October 16, 2012
There is left axis deviation and a borderline 1st degree AV block. Inferior Q waves and ST elevation are present, indicating a recent (hours- a day or two) inferior MI. Poor R wave progression and a probable QS complex in V3 suggest an old septal MI.
