Answer for December 26, 2012


he rhythm is atrial fibrillation with a rapid ventricular response (heart rate 180-200). There is ST elevation and Q waves inferiorly, indicating a sub-acute inferior wall MI (hours old). There are possibly rate-related ST depressions across the precordium.
