We are delighted to confirm your registration for our online course of the  

"Integrated Care Management Certificate Program" 

The course will officially open on September 11, 2017 we will close grading and course credit on December 1, 2017. 

You will have one year access to the course materials after the December 1st close. Your access to the course website will terminate on September 11, 2018.
