We are delighted to confirm your registration for our online course of the  

"Integrated Care Management Certificate Program" 

The course will officially open on March 1, 2017 we will close grading and course credit on June 16, 2017. 

You will have 90 days access to the course materials after the June 16th close. Your access to the course website will terminate on September 17, 2017.
