Typical Primary Care Resident Three-Year Schedule
Our Primary Care Track is structured on a “3+2” schedule. Our residents have 3 weeks of a required service (Wards, ICU, Night Float) or elective rotation, followed by 2 consecutive weeks in the ambulatory setting.
Between ambulatory clinic weeks and required ambulatory electives, our Primary Care residents will spend 50-60% of their total training time in the ambulatory setting.
