PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

If you are an established patient of the Family Medicine Clinic, and have a narcotic prescription that needs to be refilled, please call the Family Medicine Clinic at (508) 334-2818.  If you are refilling a non-narcotic medication please have your pharmacy contact Family Medicine. 

Please indicate if you use express scripts (mail away pharmacy).
