TTYL: Keeping in Contact With Your Professional

Abstract

Tip sheet for youth and young adults with serious mental health conditions about simple ways of keeping in communication with professionals (doctors, counselors, psychiatrists, etc.) via cell phones, texting, and internet. Also includes tips for mental health professionals for keeping in contact with young adults.
