We would like to welcome our new Neurology Clinic social worker, Sarah Crombie, LICSW to the Department of Neurology. 
 
Sarah joined our team in February 2023. She attended school at the University of Southern Maine in Portland, and much of her professional work experience has been serving as an outpatient social worker for primary care, working with elder protective services in New Hampshire. She has worked in various health and hospital facilities, such as Concord Hospital, EnCompass Health Acute Rehab Hospital, and Southern New Hampshire Health Services over the past twenty years.  
 
Sarah and her husband live in New Hampshire with their two rescue kitties, Pancho, and Bob. Sarah loves to visit old cemeteries to admire their art history and exploring nature outdoors.
