We would like to welcome Dayna Cardinal, NP, our new nurse practitioner to the Stroke division within the Department of Neurology. Dayna started with us on Monday, March 6, 2023. 
 
Dayna joins UMass after seven years of experience in medicine and a desire for change by moving from Colorado to Massachusetts. She is a native Coloradoan, one of the few, and has a love for hockey. Go Bruins! 
 
Her family, husband and two children, 20-year-old son, and 22-year-old daughter, are relocating with her, and should arrive in Massachusetts at the end of this month. She is looking forward to being outside and exploring New England with her family and three dogs.
