On Boarding Orientation
I did not receive the onboarding orientation link?
Check your email, the one that was provided to HR. If not, check out the HR Welcome Kit page:
Security
My ID badge isn't working. I can't get into the appropriate building or parking garage.
Pease see security and access control people.
- At South Street: Go to the front desk in Building 1
- At Main Campus: Go to parking and access control building
Parking
Where do I park or obtain a parking badge from? Do you know where to park at main campus/ Shrewsbury?
- Before hired, paperwork must be filled out and Parking and Access control will give you a parking tag
- Park at the appropriate parking space
- Any other questions related to parking:
Payroll
When do I get paid? Where do I put my hours? If I need to take off, how do I put in my vacation hours?
- Navigate to http://umassmed.edu/hr/hrdirect/
- login in with your NT login (UMass Chan account)
- Your supervisor must give you a walk through, or
Conference rooms/ buildings
I don't know where the meetings are taking place? Do you know what building I need to get to? How do I book a room?
- At South Street: Ask Heather or Supervisor for a conference map
- At Main campus: Ask Mary or supervisor for a conference map

Office Supplies
Where do I get some office supplies for my desk?
Ask your supervisor or go to the department admin and ask them to show you the office supply room.
Housing
I'm not from Worcester, where can I find Housing?
