Best Practices in Perioperative Nursing/CNOR Prep/Renewal Course

CNOR Prep/Renewl course will be offered in the Spring 2025  

The purpose of this course is to provide a comprehensive review of current/evidence-based practices in the perioperative setting and test-taking strategies for successful CNOR exam completion.

This course is intended for:

  • The perioperative nurse who is looking for an update in perioperative practices
  • The preoperative nurse who is planning to take the CNOR certification exam
  • The perioperative nurse who requires continuing ed credits for CNOR renewal
  • The nurse who has an interest in the perioperative specialty

Perioperative RN Learning Objectives:

  • Articulate perioperative nursing standards of practice.
  • Utilize test-taking strategies to maximize exam performance.
  • Develop an individualized study plan for course completion and to sit for the CNOR exam
