Undergrad Institution: SUNY Purchase College (BA), New York Medical College (MS) 

Medical School: New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York

Future plans: Still open-minded to what kind of surgeon I want to be but I want to be an educator, teacher, and/or mentor to residents or medical students. I am currently interested in colorectal, MIS, and surgical oncology. 

Why UMASS?: Diverse, broad scope of surgical subspecialties, Level 1/tertiary care center in the area, supportive academic staff, peers, and culture, a well-established support system for residents, nice young vibe area and places to visit around. 

Favorite thing to do in Worcester: Try new places, experiences, and restaurants with fellow residents. Love the multiple places that have bubble tea around. Love whatever I need is at a close distance from me.
