UMass Chan Medical School offers an optional vision plan through Guardian which is available to benefited non-union and SHARE employees, their spouses and dependent children.

Open Enrollment Information

• No action is needed if you are not making changes to your coverage.
• You have the option to enroll, add or drop dependents, or cancel coverage.

• Employees can visit MyHR for Open Enrollment details.
