Vacation Time: Full-time employees accrue either 2 weeks or 4 weeks of vacation depending on their classification. Employees may accrue an unlimited number of vacation hours, with the exception that hours are capped at 240 hours during the last full pay period of the fiscal year.
Personal Days: You are eligible for two (2) days each January - pro-rated upon hire date. If you are hired during the year, you will be awarded personal time based upon your start date. Regular part-time employees receive a pro-rated number of hours.
Sick Days: Sick time is provided for personal and/or family illness. Sick time is accrued each pay period based on straight time paid up to the maximum of the employee's regularly scheduled hours. A regular full-time employee is eligible to accrue a total of 120 hours per year to a maximum of 960 hours. Regular part-time employees accrue sick time on a pro-rated basis.
