Answer for November 1, 2012
Both EKG's demonstrate examples of right bundle branch block (RBBB). Characteristics of RBBB include QRS width of greater than or equal to 0.12 sec (120msec, 3 little boxes wide), an rsR' "bunny ears" pattern of some configuration in lead V1, and a slurred, usually prominent S wave in V6. This is NOT very apparent in these EKG's. RBBB does not normally change QRS axis in the frontal plane.
