OnSiteSim: Mobile Simulation

Bringing mobile simulation onsite to your location to improve healthcare outcomes

Program Information:

We will partner with your clinical leadership, risk management and related team members to bring targeted, high-fidelity, interprofessional simulation experiences, facilitated by our trained simulation educators to your location.

High fidelity medical simulation has been shown to:

  • improve both individual performance of tasks and team-based function in areas including development and mastery of skills, patient safety and quality improvement
  • significantly improve the efficiency of medical teams
  • increase compliance with institutional guidelines
  • decrease variability in the delivery of health care

Participation in your home setting allows for scheduling efficiency, program individualization, task specialization and systems testing.

How do I start the process?

Please complete the Simulation Reservation Form to begin the process of bringing OnSiteSim to your location. An iCELS team member will contact you within two business days of receiving the request.  If you need immediate assistance, please email: icels@umassmed.edu.

For requests including continuing education credits, an additional consultation may be required to determine eligibility and associated costs.
