General Health The General Health and Wellness page provides information and resources to support your wellness.

Stay healthy at any age.  Remember to:
   • Eat healthily
   • Quit smoking/vaping
   • Manage stress
   • Be physically active
   • See your doctor for a yearly physical
   • Maintain a healthy weight
   • Control your cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar
   • Get at least 7 hours of sleep nightly

All of this can translate into:
   • A better ability to manage a mental health condition
   • Improved relationships
   • A healthier body
   • Higher quality of life
