UMass Department of Neurology Stroke Clinic Received a New Grant!
Public Awareness Campaign Grant
Kayla Overly, MPAS, PA-C, of the Department of Neurology Stroke department is named team lead for a collaborative grant in the amount of $10,000 to increase Public Stroke Awareness. The Stroke Public Awareness Collaboration Project through Mass DPH and MORE Advertising granted UMass Department of Neurology and Fairlawn Rehab Hospital – Encompass Health, UMass Memorial EMS (Worcester EMS), St. Vincent Hospital, VNA Care, and UMass Memorial Health - Emergency Department the grant to raise public awareness of Stroke Prevention and Intervention.
