Celebrating Our Team
Neurology faculty completed the 2025 Junior Faculty Program
On May 22, 2025, the Junior Faculty Program celebrated 28 participants who successfully completed and graduated the program, including Annie Ferris, MD, and Veronica Peschansky, MD, PhD.
Annie Ferris shared about her experience with the program, "I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Barrett, Dr. Silver, and my mentor Dr. Jerry Gurwitz for enabling my participation in the JFDP. Not only did I get great mentorship, advice, and teaching on the process of completing my own research study, but some of the lecture topics we had throughout the year helped me develop strategies to have difficult conversations with people- an essential skill for all dimensions of life, both personal and professional. It made me a more well-rounded doctor and leader, and I'm looking forward to using the skills and connections I gained throughout the year to help our trainees develop their own research, professional, and leadership skills."
Congratulations on your program completion!
