Dr. Marcellette Williams Scholars Award

Please join us in congratulating Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing faculty member Dr. Ken Peterson on being selected for the Dr. Marcellette Williams Scholars Award. He received this award based on his level of national distinction and his commitment to advancing UMMS’s pursuit of academic excellence in the spirit of diversity and inclusivity. The Williams scholar award provides funding of $60,000 per year for 5 years in support of his salary or research activities. Our previous Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing recipient of this outstanding award was Dr. Susan Sullivan Bolyai. We are very proud of Ken!
