Core 5-laser Cytek Aurora Spectral Cytometer
The Cytek Aurora located in the Core uses spectral analysis to allow separation of fluorochromes with very close emission profiles. The Aurora is equipped with 16UV, 16Violet, 14blue, 10yellow-green and 8red channels, two scattering channels, and up to 64 fluorescence channels, the Aurora’s optical design enables the use of a wide array of new fluorochrome combinations without reconfiguring the system for each application.
