The mission of the UMass BioImage Data Management and Sharing Core is to provide service, education, and innovation to maximize microscopy data quality, reproducibility, and scientific  value for data users per FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable), CARE (Collective Benefit, Authority to Control, Responsibility, and Ethics), and TRUST (Transparency, Responsibility, User focus, Sustainability, and Technology) data governance principles.
