About Us

The primary goal of the BioImage Data Management and Sharing Core is to facilitate the organization and responsible management of high-quality, quantitative microscopy data generated at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School and across the UMass Five Campuses. 

The aim is to foster a collaborative environment, bringing together the expertise of research scientists, core facilities, library services, research computing and the IT department.

This collective effort will conceptualize, implement, and consolidate a resilient research ecosystem for microscopy data.
