MicroRNA deployment in the nucleus

In collaboration with Paul Kaufman at the MCCB Department at UMass Chan we are following up on previous studies by my group in which we are now focusing on ternary complexes of microRNAs with messenger RNAs and the Argonaute 2 protein within the nucleolus.
