The Office of Management (OoM) works collaboratively with our UMMS clients and campus colleagues to help address and resolve on-campus risk management and legal issues impacting the Medical School. The OoM advises and provides guidance on a wide variety of campus matters including compliance, privacy, conflict of interest, ethics, real estate management, oversight of campus litigation, policy and regulatory reviews, international support services and public records law requests.

Our team consists of attorneys and professional staff who are well-versed in their subject matter, providing assistance to the UMMS community to ensure adherence to state and federal laws and regulations, applicable policies and best practices. The OoM consults and collaborates with the University's Office of General Counsel (OGC).
