UV-visible absorbance reader for plates with up to 384-well plates and individual cuvettes. Tunable monochromator allows for reading as many as 6 wavelengths/sample in the range of 190nm - 1000nm in both end-point and kinetic assays.

Essentially, all UV/VIS spectrophotometric assays that are read in a conventional spectrophotometer or microplate reader can be read in the SpectraMax Plus384:
