Research
My research integrates high-throughput functional screens with multi-omics sequencing to decode the regulatory roles of the epitranscriptome in cancer. Positioned at the intersection of RNA biology and genomics, my work focuses on:
-
- tRNA Biology: Developing innovative genomic strategies to achieve single-tRNA-gene resolution, overcoming technical barriers to reveal how tRNA dysregulation drives translational reprogramming in disease.
- RNA Modifications: Characterizing the dynamic regulation of m³C modifications, uncovering how these epitranscriptomic marks drive cancer progression and define new therapeutic vulnerabilities.
