Worcester Pipeline Collaborative

For over 20 years, UMass Chan has partnered with Worcester Public Schools on the Worcester Pipeline Collaborative, a program that provides underrepresented and disadvantaged students a chance to pursue careers in biomedical research, biotechnology and health care professions. Through this program, approximately 5,000 Worcester Public school students participate in numerous program opportunities, which include mentoring, job-shadowing, tutoring, clinical observation, research internships, after-school science programs, visiting science programs, a speaker’s bureau, and family engagement.
