The Emerging Professionals Summer Internship Program (EPSIP) is a ten-week (end of May to August) paid business internship experience for talented underrepresented minority college students. The program is designed with an administrative focus in a variety of functional areas, which have included Marketing, Communications, IT, Business Development, Finance, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources and more. The program also includes lectures, networking luncheons, mentoring, hands-on work sessions and resume and job search preparation.
