Marc A. Gautreau, MD

Dr. Gautreau is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the UMass Chan Medical School Department of Emergency Medicine. He is currently the Clinical Director for the UMass Memorial Healthcare-Clinton Hospital Emergency Department. He completed his Emergency Medical Services Fellowship and graduated from his Emergency Medicine Residency at the UMass Chan Medical School and graduated from the University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School. He served as a flight surgeon in the USAF Reserve and was deployed to Germany as part of the Iraq war effort. He is an active participant in national, regional and local EMS organizations.

He was awarded the SAEM/US Department of HEatlh and Human Services Emrgency Care Fellowship 2012

Dr. Gautreau's interests include the administration and operational aspects of EMS services including ground, air medical and tactical EMS, Disaster Medicine and Emergency Department Administration.
