For Prescription Refills

Please allow up to one week for routine prescription refill requests to be fulfilled.

1. Refills for meds dispensed at local pharmacies: please go to myChart: Medications --> Request Renewals and select the medication you need refilled.
   
   
2. Refills for DMD meds dispensed by SPECIALTY PHARMACIES in the US (eg Emflaza, exon skipping meds) – when refills are due, the specialty pharmacies send the refill requests to our office. Families do not need to request for these refills.
   
   
3. All other refill questions, please contact our office at (774) 441-7615

Remember to check your medication bottle or your pharmacy for remaining refills before submitting your request.

If you are completing them digitally, you must save them locally on your computer or device in order to capture your information.
