Due to unprecedented demand, our line is currently accepting referrals only for the following youth in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (only need to belong to one category): 

• Youth involved with a Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) or District Attorney’s office 
• Youth in foster care 
• Transition Age Youth ages 16-25  
• Youth who reside in the City of Worcester 

If the youth you are referring is a member of one of the named groups please fill out a referral now by going to www.umassmed.edu/LifelineforKids and scroll down to LINK-KID to make a referral. Response times may be faster for referrals submitted via webform rather than phone. Faxed or emailed referral forms will no longer be accepted.

If you need support for a youth who does not fall within these categories, you may refer to a professional directly by using:  

• Behavioral Health Helpline at 833-773-2445 
• Psychology Today-Find a Therapist by entering the zipcode of the youth.
