Reproduce a Certificate
We can assist you in getting another CE Certificate or Certificate of Completion if:
- You misplaced your CE Certificate or Certificate of Completion
- You did not notify us about an address change
- You did not receive it
The fee to reproduce certificate/s is $25 each, payable by credit card only.
*Disclosure: We can only replace certificates that were awarded previously, we cannot award CE certificates if the participant did not request CEs when registering for the course or event. The Center for Integrated Primary Care keeps records for 7 years. If we do not have a copy of your certificate on-site, the replacement fee will be refunded.
