UMass Chan BMB & UMass Amherst BMB Joint Retreat
The BMB departments of both UMass Chan and UMass Amherst congregated at UMass Chan for our annual joint retreat.
A feature of the annual retreat is the pie eating contest, which for years has been dominated by our own Dr. Brian Kelch. However, this year Dr. Kelch was bested by Dr. Peter Chien of UMass Amherst.
Everyone had a great time watching the pie eating contest, and an even better time exchanging ideas at the cutting edge of biochemistry!
